Sanfab Rollforms Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2019, was established as a strategic Steel Processing Centre for Tata Steel to meet advanced roll-forming requirements for high-strength steel coils with tensile strengths of up to 950 MPa.
At the core of Sanfab's capabilities is a fully automated imported roll-forming line designed to process full-hard materials with an installed capacity of approximately 50,000 MT per annum.
Anticipating evolving OEM requirements, Sanfab engineered a state-of-the-art cut-to-length line with processing capability of up to 100,000 MT per annum.
Further strengthening its downstream capabilities, Sanfab operates a state-of-the-art slitting line with installed capacity exceeding 200,000 MT per month. The entire facility is highly automated and capable of handling coil weights up to 40 MT while adhering to best-in-class safety standards.
